Quality Guarantee


If an item breaks during normal use, send us an email with a photo and we will replace it - no questions asked - no matter how long it has been since you purchased it. We pride ourselves in creating sturdy goods of the highest quality, so on the rare occasion that something breaks, we will happily replace it.

 If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly help you return it.

 To start a return, please email us at support@wild-cloud.com within 14 days of the shipment delivery date. Include your full name, your order number, which item(s) you are requesting to return, and the reason(s) for return.

Please note:

 Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with a return address.


If a return request is accepted, a refund will be issued to the payment method you used for the purchase. Once we’ve received your return package, it will take 5 to 10 business days for your refund to show up in your bank account. Please be patient :)


 Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and all tags attached.


 You are responsible for packing the returnable items safely and using a shipping service with tracking. Wild Cloud is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You must email us with your tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery and complete the return.


  Damages during shipping
  • We pack all orders very securely to avoid any damage (and we don't use any plastic in the process!). However, if you find your item is damaged upon delivery, please report any/all damages within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • If your order arrives in damaged packaging, please take a picture before opening it and send the picture to support@wild-cloud.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and package. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.
