How We Pack: Plastic-Free & Recycled Paper Packaging
We know that packaging is a giant contributor to waste around the world - that’s why we take extra steps to mitigate our impact. By searching for alternative packing options, we’ve been able to use only sustainable materials. 90% of our packaging comes from 100% recycled paper, and the other 10% are plastic free and compostable material. Everything (including stickers, mailers, and tags) is sourced from trusted sustainable US suppliers. This means that all of our packaging are 100% plastic-free, 100% compostable, and 100% guilt-free.
How much does shipping cost?
United States Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 in the United States.
- For orders under $40, standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping is available and can be selected during checkout.
Canada & International Shipping
- International shipping rates (usually $15-$25+) are calculated at checkout. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
- International customers are responsible for duties and import fees.
- International orders will receive a USPS tracking code via email.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support after a package has left the US and enters the destination country.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped 1 to 5 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard Shipping to US metro areas: 2-5 business days
Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: 5-15 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
International orders: 10-25 business days

Plastic-Free Packaging
Minimizing shipping waste is important to us. We pack orders with recyclable and compostable materials like small cardboard boxes & compostable envelopes. We also work with our vendors to ensure that products are shipped plastic-free, and reuse their packaging whenever possible.
